[PATCH] uniform POLLRDHUP handling between epoll and poll/select

As reported by Michael Kerrisk, POLLRDHUP handling was not consistent
between epoll and poll/select, since in epoll it was unmaskeable.  This
patch brings uniformity in POLLRDHUP handling.
