fix SERIAL_CORE_CONSOLE driver dependencies

SERIAL_BFIN=m or SERIAL_MUX=m shouldn't allow SERIAL_CORE_CONSOLE=y.

Additionally, this patch fixes whitespace instead of tabs at the
SERIAL_MUX_CONSOLE option.
