[SERIAL] sa1100_start_tx spinlock recursion

[SERIAL] sa1100_start_tx spinlock recursion

The serial core aquires the port spinlock before calling
port->ops->start_tx(), so sa1100_start_tx() shouldn't try to lock it
again.
