3 Fix NTLMv2 security (can be enabled in /proc/fs/cifs) so customers can
4 configure stronger authentication. Fix sfu symlinks so they can
5 be followed (not just recognized). Fix wraparound of bcc on
6 read responses when buffer size over 64K and also fix wrap of
7 max smb buffer size when CIFSMaxBufSize over 64K. Fix oops in
8 cifs_user_read and cifs_readpages (when EAGAIN on send of smb
9 on socket is returned over and over). Add POSIX (advisory) byte range
10 locking support (requires server with newest CIFS UNIX Extensions
11 to the protocol implemented).
15 Use fsuid (fsgid) more consistently instead of uid (gid). Improve performance
16 of readpages by eliminating one extra memcpy. Allow update of file size
17 from remote server even if file is open for write as long as mount is
18 directio. Recognize share mode security and send NTLM encrypted password
19 on tree connect if share mode negotiated.
23 Defer close of a file handle slightly if pending writes depend on that handle
24 (this reduces the EBADF bad file handle errors that can be logged under heavy
