46 Use fsuid (fsgid) more consistently instead of uid (gid). Improve performance
47 of readpages by eliminating one extra memcpy. Allow update of file size
48 from remote server even if file is open for write as long as mount is
49 directio. Recognize share mode security and send NTLM encrypted password

54 Defer close of a file handle slightly if pending writes depend on that handle

214 Optionally allow using server side inode numbers, rather than client generated
215 ones by specifying mount option "serverino" - this is required for some apps
216 to work which double check hardlinked files and have persistent inode numbers.
220 Multiple bigendian fixes. On little endian systems (for reconnect after
221 network failure) fix tcp session reconnect code so we do not try first
222 to reconnect on reverse of port 445. Treat reparse points (NTFS junctions)
